By accessing or using the services provided by Growth Machina AI, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Growth Machina AI provides AI-powered growth tools for carpet cleaning businesses, including:
- Custom website design and development
- AI chatbot integration and management
- Voice AI agent services
- Lead management and notification systems
- Appointment scheduling tools
3. Billing and Payment
Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 60 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 60 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Growth Machina AI, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Custom websites created for clients remain the property of Growth Machina AI, LLC until the client has maintained an active subscription for 12 consecutive months, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Machina AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
While we strive to help you grow your business, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased leads, bookings, or revenue.
9. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that affect your use of our services.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@growthmachina.ai. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
